Parents and guardians: apply to enrol your child at Clan Carthy through one of four pathways below. Pick the right one for them and complete the application directly online. Prefer paper? Download the PDF copy of any form and submit it in person at the school office.

1st Form Entry

Students transitioning from primary school to 1st form. Placement is typically made through the Ministry of Education.

2nd & 3rd Form Transfer

Students moving from another secondary school into 2nd or 3rd form.

6th Form Application

5th form leavers or transferring 6th form students applying to study CAPE.

For parents enrolling their child in 1st form. Once submitted, the school will contact you about next steps.

2nd Form Transfer Application

Apply to 2nd Form

For parents transferring their child into 2nd form from another secondary school.

3rd Form Transfer Application

Apply to 3rd Form

For parents transferring their child into 3rd form from another secondary school.

6th Form Application

Apply to 6th Form

For parents (or 6th form applicants themselves) applying for CAPE entry after 5th form. Older students often submit their own — check with the student first.
